. I recently was staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee/tea station, and a well-stocked minibar.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complementary breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options.
The hotel’s location was perfect, and a good base for visiting local attractions, shops, and public transport.

Highly Recommended. Great location, in the midst of lots of food,ice cream, and snacks. The hotel staff is great, so helpful! Hotel is super clean, and the rooms are nicely decorated, with a large shower. Breakfast buffet has such a large variety of foods, it's hard to decide what to eat.. .

. The hotel was conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the Basmane Gar train station. The staff were extremely helpful; they let us drop our luggage early (8:00 am) and invited us to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Laundry service was provided at a reasonable price. When we checked out, they let us leave our luggage before our departure.. .
